Ensayo sobre proyecto de vida
"¿Cómo contribuiré con el bienestar de mi país y el mundo tras graduarme de la Universidad?".
Mis expectativas al finalizar la carrera son graduarme en 2 años aproximadamente, para ese tiempo vamos a estar en el 2012, yo con un bachillerato y muchas alternativas, metas y deseos por cumplir...
Uno de mis deseos es ser profesora, para ser un canal de ayuda, no se trata de solo enseñar y que todo termine ahí, primeramente me gustaría enfocarme, en el mecanismo de mi enseñanza el sistema el cual va a ser dado a los aprendices, porque no es sólo el hecho de impartir las clases, es hacer el ambiente agradable, porque es importante mostrar un ambiente donde todos se sienta acople, ya que eso hace crecer la motivación de las personas, todos necesitamos ser alentados, muchas veces los profesores, se hacen pasar por alto, ellos realmente no estan enfocados en dejar una huella en sus estudiantes, porque simplemente les "resbala", y ni siquieran interactuan con los estudiantes, pero no estoy diciendo "ser amigos", simplemente darse el tiempo para conocer las fortalezas de los estudiantes, para llegar a ser un motivador, alguién que impulse al aprender un nuevo idioma.
Así que con este mecanismo, podriamos llevar la enseñanza a un nuevo nivel, ya que en Costa Rica, la educación es bastante importante, necesitamos disponernos y ser personas donde podamos demostrar beneficios, nosotros como profesores, tenemos que entender las necesidades de las personas, y entenderlas ya que todos tienen diferectes acciones ante circunstancias como todos lo sabemos, pero la mayoría de las veces olvidamos lo que somos, y el compromiso que tenemos con la educación, somos el bienestar de la sociedad en la que estamos, tenemos que procurar expresarnos y actuar profesionalmente, tenemos que enfatizar nuestra educación, ya que Costa Rica carece de una buena enseñanza.

Necesitamos saber hacia donde nos dirigimos, el por qué de nuestro estudio y la escogencia de nuestra carrera, si realmente queremos contribuir con nuestro país y el mundo que nos rodea, es necesario tener un norte hacia donde nos queremos dirigir, si lo hacemos sólo por obtener dinero han perdido el completo significado de tener una profesión, estamos siendo educados para ser profesionales y brindar un mejor mañana las generaciones por venir, así que no tenemos que pretender, que entre más dinero gane, mi vida va a ser mejor, la felicidad interna es realizarse como profesional, y ser el mejor en lo que se hace o produce, después de eso vendran las "añadiduras", así que lo primordial es enfocarse en lo que uno pueda dar hacia los demás, y no en lo que puedo receibir...

Estilos de vida saludables!!!
5 ideas principales:
1.Encontrar un balance en todo
2. Sentirse sano tanto espiritual-mental como fisicamente.
3.tomar buenas decisiones
4. Tener una dieta balanceada.
5. Estar siempre positivo ante la vida.
Resumen- Manejando el estrés:
Entedemos por estrés tensión tanto física como mentral reaccionando ante una situación "perturbadora", o donde realmente no sabemos como accionar.
La mayoría del tiempo pensamos que el estrés viene sólo cuando hay un sentimiento o hecho negativo por lo tanto vamos a obtener el estrés de esta manera, aunque sea positivo o negativo el acadecimiento vamos a comprobar el mismo estrés. Así que debemos de tener un balance en todo lo que hacemos y debemos de tomar las herramientas dadas por la vida, procupar estar principamente espiritual y luego mental y fisicamente bien, estos 3 son fundamentales ya que es nuestro balance, pero yo diria y me enfocaria en el espiritual ya que esto es lo que nos da el completo balance para todo, para poder tomar decisiones, y lo más importante tener contro ante situaciones...
Algunos de los pasos o acciones que deberiamos tomar en cuenta para tener un nivel de estrés nivelado es:
*Comer bien= A esto me refiero en tener una dieta balanceada, es importante conocer la cadena alimenticia, ya que en esa piramide podemos tener un balance apropiado del comer bien.
*Ejercitarse: Hay tantaas opciones para poder ejercitarnos no solo es el simple hecho de ir a un "gym" si no qué contamos con muchas facilidades, y las podemos disfrutar un ejemplo de esto es tomar clases de baile, llevar clases de natación, artes marciales, entre otras...
*Dormir: Tenemos que tener en cuenta que el promedio básico de una persona para dormir es de 8 horas diarias, el dormir hace que nuestro organizmo pueda producir mejor, ya que aunque fisicamente no estemos cansados es importante, descansar y dormir, esto nos reducirá problemas de inmsonio y de depender de pastillas en un futuro.
*Pensar positivamente: Muchos dicen que el secreto esta en pensar positivamente, yo no solo pienso eso, creo que sí tenemos nuestros pensamientos de acuerdo con lo que Dios Supremo quiere, vamos a obtener ese positivismo.
*Decir sin reservarse: A esto diria yo que lo importante es entender y pensar cuando es el mejor momento para decir o expresar las cosas, el punto no es nunca decirlas si no decirlas cuando "las aguas se hayan bajado" en una sitacíón de "enojo", o simplemente el decir las cosas hace que se libere el estrés que muchas veces no es necesario solo manejarlo uno solo.
*Poner límites y decir no: La mayoria de la gente tiende a decir "sí" cuando en realidad ni lo quiere hacer, pero a esto se debe la baja de autoestima que una persona puede tener o bien que no tiene control propio, es importante que no siempre le vamos a caer bien a todos, no somos un billete de "$100", el puento en esto me refiero que realmente tenemos que decir no, cuando así nos parezca, no solo por ser parte de un "grupo" o por el que diran los demás, tenemos que tener nuestras bases y lo que pensamos bien fundamentados para que no nos lleve el viento.
*Rodearse con gente positiva: Es importante buscar por personas que nos apoyen y nos ayuden a decir no cuando lo requeramos, así siempre tendremos un apoyo, se dice mucho que es mejor caminar 2 personas juntas que por sí solo...

Topic: Music, society and musical identity (Reflection) 1. “Music does bring people together. It allows us to experience the same emotions. People everywhere are the same in heart and spirit.” ~Someone. This quote just expresses one of the music points of views, and we all have a story to tell about the music, in some way music has changed lives or even makes life different and full of emotions. 2. Our society and principally youth people are focus on music, but I do have to say that everyone loves music, in different ways, and it comes from instrumental classic until heavy metal, each person has their own criteria about it, some like music really loud when other people listen really low, and so for this music affects society in a good way and also without no doubt in a bad way, but we as a listeners have a importance role on this, since we can help society to become a better place or make it worse, we need to understand what we are listening, or if we are musicians what we are projecting to the listeners, I see it in the way that I used to play in a band and we always made a effort to project what we wanted to, not just giving the audience what they want, because for me that becomes just commercial, not really making it with a strong feeling that the audience can feel, and so the musicians have an important role because they are the ones who “have the power” to chance lives the music is beautiful and it is a wonderful complement of our world. 3. I strongly believe that music makes us have an identity because when you listen a kind of music makes treat life that way and also makes you even dress up different, but all these complements are just ideologies, because that people most of the time want to be noticed they want to call the attention, some of them take music as a escape from reality, and they feel that the music is the only one who can understand what they are going through I had heard a lot of experiences of that and I am one of them as well, when I was 14 I used to listen music in a way to escape from my problems so I found out with this how powerful and how awesome is the music, because the listener feels identified with the music making you feel that nothing else matter, than what you are going through but when you stop listening to that song you go back to reality, so in this case I say that we need to be carefully on this, because if you listen pretty close on any song you like or sing you will find out that every song has a underlying message on it, and you need to have your mind focus on what you believe since this is a way to make your thesis falls down, and sometimes this happen unconsciously, and we do not even noticed it, so this is a way for you to follow types of beliefs, and it could be really dangerous if we do not learn how powerful music is. 4. 5. If we mentioned music types, sociologies, identities we will always find out that all of this are full of ideologies when for me has one meaning for other has another one, so as my opinion I say that music in society has an important role to make people act or even live better, music helps you to be happy, sad or even mad, music for me is full of feelings, and that is why every person picks they own kind of music they want to hear or they like, because that makes you different from other people, the sounds are very important but if you do not learn how to use it, can destroy you in minutes, it is a shame that some music helps people to commit suicide this should not be that way, but it is a reality and it happens every day, we need to make conscience and not let everything gets into our minds and hearts, we are the one who pick but sometimes we need to wake up, and realize how good or how bad the music can affects me, a song could even hail a person, music goes back and for , and we will not be able to live without music, music takes you to a lonely place or to a place of happiness. 6. Topic: Teacher Inquiry.
The professor was explaining about the kind of students we as a future teachers are going to find, so he was talking about this specifically , and then he asked the students to get in groups in order to discuss about 10 top questions,"what teenagers ask the most in class" some said that they always want to know about the meaning of the words...
Then they talked about the types of students and they are:
-Analyzer.
-Product.
- Constructor.
- Thinker.
-Leader.
-Negotiator.
So, it's important to know what kind of students are in the class, so the activities are focused on them, the professor said that it's a lot better to have a group of people when everyone have a different point of view, since if everyone has the same one, it's so hard to get an activity go on, so it's important to know how they are in order to create a creative activities for them.
E.g:
Activity: Traditional / Creative and value System.
Focused on this, the professor emphasized on the topic about a gifted child, and how amazing they are, so we need to be ready as a professors or teachers that we are going to be, because sometimes, professors do not know they have a gifted child on their class, so it's important to identify them. So then the professor asked the students to get together again as a group in order to discuss if they have known a child like this.
Basically the pedagogy given by the professor it's called "magisterial", the professor explains the topic first and then make the student to analyze the information given, so the students discuss about the specific topic.
