I spent 1 year and 8 months in the Mission Critical and Americas Escalations department and was proven to be a top performer.
Duties: While in that department, I was in charge of arranging appointments for field technicians to visit customers’ sites with the purpose of diagnosing and fixing broken equipment. I also had to take phone calls, in order to address field technicians and managers’ requests, such as schedule changes, revisits, or parts ordering.
During the time I worked in the Mission Critical and Americas Escalations Department, all cases were followed up on, and on signs of delays or issues that would affect the company’s obligation with those customers, management was engaged immediately. Also, any request from HP field engineers, response center engineers or account managers for an escalation (engagement of higher technical or customer satisfaction resources) would be handled by the Americas Escalations Team for any customer within the
